Song theatre “Hvilinka” was formed in 1993.
Since 1997 song theatre «Hvilinka» is a prize-winner of various city, republic and International festivals and contests.
Song theatre “Hvilinka” is a permanent participant and guest of different radio- and TV-programmes of the Republic of Belarus.
Song theatre «Hvilinka» took part in XIII International Children Festival «INTERNATIONAL KARSIYAKA CHILDREN FESTIVAL» in Turkey (2006),  in  X, XII  international folk festivals «ДРУЖБА БЕЗ ГРАНИЦ» (“FRIENDSHIP WITHOUT LIMITS” in Bulgaria (2006, 2008), VIII International festival of children creative work «ЗОЛОТАЯ ПЧЁЛКА» (“GOLDEN BEE”), (Prize-winner in the nomination «Vocal variety group» and in the nomination «Variety choreography») (2008),  VIII International festival-contest of children and youth creative work «ОТКРЫТАЯ РОССИЯ» (“OPEN RUSSIA”) (Prize-winner of I degree in the nomination variety singing, Prize-winner of II degree in the nomination variety singing (duets) (2009), VIII International festival-contest «УЛЫБКИ МОРЯ» (“SMILES OF THE SEA”) in Bulgaria (Prize-winner of I degree in the nomination «Variety singing group»), V International TV festival-contest «МОРСКАЯ РАКУШКА» (“SEASHELL”) in Bulgaria (Prize-winner of I degree, the prize of International friendship).
These events were widely covered in mass-media.
 «Hvilinka» theatre is an author of the annual creative projects «Ноты детства» («Notes of the  childhood»), dedicated to the Day of children protection and «Дорога добра» (“The way of goodness”). Leading figures of Belarusian culture workers are permanent guests of these projects.
 The group is a repeated participant of New Year shows of the main Christmas-tree of the country (2006, 2007, 2008), participant of the international festival «Славянский базар» (“SLAVIC BAZAAR”) (2007, 2008, 2009).
«Hvilinka» cooperates with the best composers and poets of the country.
 In 2009 «Hvilinka» song theatre represented the Republic of Belarus at the festival of the Union state “ТВОРЧЕСТВО ЮНЫХ” (“THE CREATIVITY OF THE YOUTH”) (Russia), where it was awarded a Diploma for the diversity in terms of genre of the performances.
The founder, art director and the teacher of variety singing of the model song theatre «Hvilinka» is TATYANA PANOVA.
During all these years of the creative biography «Hvilinka» remains a claimed and mobile group in Belarus.
In 2010 the group was awarded the prize of the Special fund of the President of the Republic of Belarus for the support of talented youth and became a member of this fund.
Today «Hvilinka» is a creatively mature group with rich traditions and continuity.
